香港六合彩官网资料 Community and Technical College Culinary Arts and Hospitality students, led by program director Sean Walklin, participated in the 2023 City Sampler on Oct. 19. This event benefits the Fairbanks Resource Agency, which serves Interior Alaskans with disabilities.

Students, staff and faculty prepared three dishes in the days leading up to the event and then set up tables and "action stations" to cook and serve food to guests in the Westmark Gold Room. The CAH team was sponsored by local food distributor Charlie's Produce, which donated ingredients for the occasion.

During the sold-out event, CAH students served handmade pasta filled with purple potatoes and topped with chanterelles and roasted garlic vinaigrette, halibut and potato croquettes and white chocolate cheesecake with blueberry coulis.
