Get a new cell phone? Set up the Duo mobile app!
Whether you received a new phone as a gift or are treating yourself to a well-deserved upgrade, don鈥檛 forget to configure the Duo Mobile app before returning to campus.
If you are enrolling a new phone as an MFA device with the Duo Mobile App, but using the same phone number, then you can use the Call Phone option to authenticate through the Duo prompt. This will call the number you previously provided, which will ring the new phone.
