If you鈥檝e been gifted a new phone or are treating yourself to a well-deserved upgrade, remember to configure the Duo mobile app now that you鈥檝e returned to campus.
If you are keeping the same phone number, but enrolling a new phone as an MFA device with the Duo mobile app, then you can use the Call Me option to authenticate through the Duo prompt.
